Chief Executive Officer

Daniel Brant is a member of the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte and resides on the Tyendinaga Mohawk territory. He served as CEO of the National Aboriginal Capital Corporation Association as well as the CEO of the Assembly of First Nations. Prior to these positions, he developed and ran his own consulting practice for nearly twenty years. Four of those years was in association with Coopers and Lybrand. He also held senior positions on federal Ministerial staffs with 4 different Ministers of Indian Affairs. He held senior policy positions with the Departments of Indian Affairs and environment Canada. He holds a Bachelors Degree from Ryerson University's Department of Architecture and a Masters Degree from the School of Engineering at the University of Waterloo.
